    Referred to him by a coworker. He was able to come the next morning. Called 15 minutes before arriving. Took shoes on and off as needed (one floor was soaked). Helped me move furniture etc. to prepare, cut subfloor back to be able to remove cap(previous owners had not installed subfloor with proper space to remove drain cover). Great sense of humour, charged the quoted price over the phone. Cleaned up when he was done. Would definitely recommend to friends.
