Since the new management change I have noticed that customer service has improved immensely. I had a wonderful experience with a staff member at this location. She was very helpful and I actually bought more than I had planned to. This location is my new shopping spot. I recommend!
There were very long wait times on the phone, no return phone calls for call backs, and representative misinformation when ordering from the Jysk on-line call centre. The on-line products look good on the Internet, but in reality you will receive boxed products, which may be damaged and missing hardware for putting together the pieces. Apparently, the on-line call centre is not part of the Jysk stores, so the Jysk stores often differ in price for products and is supposedly a separate entity. Be prepared to be re-directed to the call centre, if you call a Jysk store. I would not recommend shopping at Jysk because most of the products are really quite inferior and the E-Commerce has many deficiencies.
I wish there was a way to rate this company (and this location in particular) less than one star. Had the worst customer "service" I've ever received at any store I've ever shopped at. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again, and would warn you against doing so. If you have a problem with your purchase, you're on your own - no help here!
