Been sitting here for a scheduled appointment waiting for over 2 hours now. Dr. is helping a colleague with all her fathers paperwork instead of seeing the three other patients ahead of me in rooms already. One lady has walked out already as she had told staff she had to be at the airport and was left in a room for hours without being seen.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not waste your time at this clinic. The wait times are ridiculous. The doctors overbook themselves and you should expect to wait at least 2 hours for a booked appointment. The doctor I was seeing would talk about himself constantly unless I kept him on point, which would waste a lot of time during visits. After being a patient at this clinic for some time I strongly recommend not going here.
Stafford medical clinic has a very obnoxious male on reception; when I approached the reception desk he was on his cell phone.I interrupted him to get his attention.when I asked if there were people waiting for the lab he yelled "anyone waiting for blood?". Been twice both times was obnoxious, completely unprofessional.He needs to be supervised;taught how to serve the public with respect and dignity. said thatif the lab door is shut technician isbusy, wasn't true! second time he told me that to
Very poor. Staff is excellent, Doctor poor, very inept likes to talk about himself, 3 hour wait times. Could not come up with diagnosis claims neurological.
Not recommended. I gave Stafford Medical 3 tries. Each time I ended up waiting at least 2 hours. The front desk workers frequently step away and leave individuals waiting at desk for long periods of time. Doctors were fine, but they are very slow...often consulting others for assistance on what they recommend. The two doctors I saw were unfamiliar with the Stafford computer systems. It is not a professional atmosphere. My overall experiences have been poor and I do not plan on coming back!
The appointments may take awhile, but it's worth it! The doctors take their time to accurately diagnose and treat your ailment. You get a lot of doctors who see you for 5 minutes, prescribe anti-biotics and send you on your way. That mindset is how malpractice happens. The Doctors at Stafford Medical will exhaust all tests before doing something irreversible. They get the job done! You're health is important to them. It's rare to find doctors who won't brush your problems or concerns aside.
There is no question that the front office (one person) is the letdown of this place. 12 calls today all unanswered. The message says to keep calling. So I go there, she's sitting there doing her nails and tells me ready doctors gone for the day. Consistently late as 9am should mean doors open ready to go not getting there at 9 and setting up. sadly a good, well meaning doctor who will no question lose money due to one office worker with an I hate to say an attitude of indifference.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Appointment was at 10:15am, left at 11:15am, was not seen at all with 3 people ahead of me. I told the receptionist that I was leaving. No apology, not even a question of rescheduling. Be warned
