Absolutely terrible. The landlord, if you can call her that, is completely unprofessional and when we went to see the place, it looked nothing like the pictures--filth everywhere, broken fridge, broken closets, etc. Honestly disgusting. We obviously left the keys and did not move in. Please avoid at all costs. We reported them to the department of health because we found what looks like mold. I can only speak for myself, but I would not trust this company.

They only make a money. My family and I looked the apartment and when I gave agreement to rent (in 20 minute) the manager (girl) told that she has to show it tomorrow for other couple because this couple had appointment to look it earlier than I. Why did you show me the apartment if you had someone else wit earlier appointment? But ad about the same apartment appeared in 2 days with higher price. Please all customers pay attention when you try to rent or cooperate with this company.

As soon as they had their money and my signature on the lease, they became difficult to get into contact with and did not respond to emails, which was poor business etiquette and (frankly) annoying. The one saving grace was the Maintenance team, who were some of the kindest and most professional people I've ever dealt with. My apartment itself was okay; it had no character whatsoever, but the appliances worked (for the most part). Not luxury living, but I guess it beat living in a trash can?

Unfair Pet Regulations

They allow pets for some, but not others in the same building, with no clear explanation. These are not dogs for the impaired, just regular small dogs. It would be nice to see all tennents treated fairly, and offered the same opportunities.
