The apartment may look nice, but the people renting are of a sinister nature. The office workers were extremely rude upon move out. Do not rent from vision immeubles reality. I made the mistake by not reading the reviews online or believing them and it cost mi big time. As a reviewer said "RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!"

Dont rent from theses people. They ignore problems with their appartments until its too late. They are very slow with snow removal and will laugh at you when you ask them to clean the driveway you rent .

*** WARNING ****** NEVER RENT FROM THESES PEOPLE . they will charge you for EVERYTHING when you leave . they basically renovate the whole apartment the most expensive way they can then send you the bill . and they will only notify you the same day the bill is due LoL They are known for taking advantage of people in New Brunswick . RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK :)
