Had a fantastic experience with them! I recently had my chimney repaired by them and it looks fantastic. The price was great and the workers where extremely friendly to me and my family. From my original contact with them to the finished product I was made feel like a top priority and the whole process was done in a timely manor. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone. They are professional with great craftsmanship.

Absolutely Horrible. Hired them to waterproof my chimney a few years ago and paid 1600 dollars for the job and within a month the chimney was leaking into the basement again. Has leaked several times a year since and any phone calls were unanswered. Was given a verbal one year guarantee but havent seen or heard from them since. Leaking again now, very unhappy.

We had an excellent experience with Jones Masonry. Phone calls were returned in a timely manner and the job was started on time. I can't say enough about the crew who did the work. Very efficient, and they worked nonstop, not wasting a minute. For the first time after 25 years, we have no leaks in the basement, and we've had other companies try to fix the problem. I highly recommend this company.
