We hired Chris Melanson to do an inspection of a multi-unit property. He made various notes on needed repairs. We later found out from the agent that some of these claims were false as he did not end up taking the time to properly inspect several items. The false claims were verified by an additional inspection! We lost our money on his inspection. His report was rushed, of poor quality, and contained errors. I cannot recommend someone this careless. Never again!
