Rick's Moving

I don’t think there is an option for a zero star review is there? Shoot.Working in first response during the pandemic has really made us appreciate the days off that we have.The very limited days off. This week was extremely busy and we had two days off. The first day we spent packing and getting ready for Rick’s much anticipated arrival.The second day consisted of going to rent the uhaul, only for Rick and his team to not show up. Not even to give us a call. What an utterly disgusting company.

I can't give no stars. Received the price and when he saw that there was an extra LIGHT item that didn't get sold previous to the move he got very angry and started throwing things into the truck. And he then charged $250 more for the extra "stuff". Ruined expensive picture frames- see sample pics-and a large mirror and other pieces of furniture that had NO marks as well as NO damage previous. Very unprofessional. Wish I could attach more pics. Makes me very disgusted.

Don’t waste your time with this people.... February 4 our moving date to Toronto. Rick and one other guy came to move us. When they came and look for our stuff and says our 15 foot truck from uhaul is not enough so we got a 20 foot truck instead. I sold my couch and dinning table to someone but they don’t have someone to move the stuff that they bought from me so I recommended Rick. After they move the couch and dinning table bed chairs Rick didn’t show up. I never get a call or anything.

Excellent service will definitely be recommended them to all our friend they arrived early for everything moved into our new place in record times couldn’t have asked for better movers no damages no issues will definitely use them again thanks again guys

If I could rate their service 0 I would. My husband and I were moving to another city last week and since its just the two of us we knew it would be a struggle to move everything from an upstairs 2 bedrooms apartment and decided we would hire some help, the day of the move they never showed up and didnt even bother calling, everytime we tried caling them they would not pick up but text us right after making up excuses, WORST COMPANY, people needs to be aware of that

My husband and I moved this week. We had used “Rick’s Moving” in the past so we hired them again. They where to come at 10AM. They called me the morning of and said that they where going to be late. They showed up at 10:45 AM. The owner and his employee walk into our apartment, take a look around and then the owner looks at me and says “we where told that this was a 1 bedroom apartment but it’s a 2 bedroom.
