We were transferred from Ontario and James did our home inspection. He was recommended by a friend of ours and we are so glad we hired him! He was very good at explaining everything during our inspection. He found a problem with our sewer that was not disclosed in the agreement and would have cost us a LOT of money after the sale. He told us not to be alarmed, as anything is negotiable.We did work with our agent and the sellers to negotiate. Turns out they had only been in the home for less then a year, and did not work with a home inspector or agent to purchase. That is why they were unaware of the Sewer problems. The problems were fixed and we are now in our beautiful home. Thanks James!!
