This is one of our favourite places to eat. The food is delicious, consistently good, and the menu varied. The daily specials are extra special. Service is very friendly and accommodating. If you want something removed or added to a dish, they will do it. Perfect for those with allergies or specific dislikes. Last night we were a party of 6. We ordered 4 different main dishes from the 2 menus, and all arrived piping hot, and at the same time. Even if there's a queue, it's worth waiting for a table. Excellent value for money - for 2 people, including wine and dessert, the bill was just over $50 CAN. Try for a window seat and watch the caleches go by.

OMG...is how I described our visit to this...

OMG...is how I described our visit to this fantastic restaurant. We had the mussels, homemade fish cakes and key lime pie. I was sad that we couldn't come back the next day as the chef mentioned that she was going to be cooking up fresh jumbo scallops. If you are ever in the Halifax are, I would recommend taking a short drive out to Lunenburg. cheers, Matt
