I have never been so utterly disrespected in my life. I can honestly say that as the customer was being wayyyyy nicer to the rep than she was to me. She was actually being abusive to customers, I was smiling at her but she called me "ancient" and was rude because I had a question about a landline. Shut your doors Eastlink and have an empty store before you allow that sort of treatment of your customers by the staff. She was being cruel to all of the customers she interacted with.
