Call for an appointment - No one is in today - no offer of another day, no professionalism, no customer service. Shockingly bad.
Less than ideal experience. I was moved from chair to chair 4 times, & a few times they moved my purse and phone elsewhere without my permission. They provided services that costed extra without informing me about the cost before doing so, and as a result, I ended up paying twice as much as I had originally planned to. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. They sent me to go do things for them while they sat around doing their hair. We left with cuts on our fingers damaged skin on our fingers
The service is really good. They have changed a few things for the better. Love it
Always professional, courteous and efficient staff. I have been going there for years for both hair and nails and iove the salon.
The girl named Lia who did my nails was in great rush. At first she looked like she was displeased to do my shellac then towards the finishing she was acting friendly to get good tips. BTW has any one got a styled (women's )hair cut there? I was actually going to get a bob style I have shoulder length now. so I am panicking, what if she doesn't do a good job? Has any one got a real cut from the stylist there. I have an appt but contemplating . ???? Please let me know. Thanks!
was told prices went up because of the min wage increase this was July 24 and had not happened yet..i will never tip before paying again..how can u charge for some thing happening in the future...i think i will be going to men's shops from now on, at lest there is fairness
This rating is based on one experience. I have been to this salon many many times for mani anf pedi and they always do a great job. The last time I went I decided to try a leg waxing. I thought the whole point of having a leg wax was so that you wouldn't have to shave? I got a half leg wax done and when I got home later that day I had to shave...not impressed. That's why only 2 stars.
Terrible! I wanted a simple fill. I asked for acrylic and was heavily pressured to get Bio gel. I said I did not want bio gel. It is thick looks really fake. The girl seemed instantly annoyed. She proceeded to put the acrylic on. Both hands took her less than 5 minutes. It was so sloppy. She then started filing. Every nail had a different size and shape. I asked her to fix but she made it worse. I left the salon and before even getting home they all cracked and lifted! Onto another salon now
I have been coming to this salon for a while and love the service they provide. The designs they have are very professional like. I like the positive and amazing atmosphere at the salon. They all work very hard and you can definitely see all the hard work they've put in. I highly recommend this salon, it is also very clean!
If I could leave 0 stars I would! I asked the nail lady to file my nails a bit shorter and then she cuts the acrylics down to practically my skin and I asked her to redo them because I didn't like them and she just ignored me and kept going she gave me shellac when I just wanted regular polish and then made me pay the shellac price even when I didn't ask for it. The worker was incredibly rude, rushed my nails and I left with polish all over my fingers. Disgusting service and never going back

I came here for a shellac mani & regular pedi the day prior to my wedding. While my nails looked nice and lasted, the lady who did my mani/pedi cut several of my fingers. One of the cuts was so bad that when she used a spray (disinfectant?) I could not help but grimace. It was simply too busy and they were rushing. I will not return.
I personally love this store ever since I first came there! They have many different designs and colours which makes it very difficult to choose one. Everyone there are very friendly and they try their best to give their best customer service. They keep the salon very clean and we'll organized. In my opinion, this is an amazing salon, I might even say it's the best! My daughters love going there, they also have treats for them after their pedicure or manicure. Also, my husband loves going there for a haircut. He said that the way they cut his hair feels very professional like and always give him the perfect haircut just as he wanted. They made my nails look very beautiful and fantastic! There isn't any other place I would go to!
One of the worst manicures and pedicures I have ever received. They did not have enough staff, the girl was rushed and did an awful job. I paid close to 100 dollars for both and needed to get my nails redone within a week. Would certainly not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed.
Very sloppy
I have been coming to this salon since they first open and never once I had a problem. Nails tech and hairstylist are very professional. The hairstylist at the first station when you first walk has been colouring hair for more than 7 years, and I love it. I also get my nails done here, the nail tech do the best they can to make each client happy as in myself. I highly recommend everyone to this salon. All they use is all sterilized and brand new material on each client
Service is excellent, got an Adult hair shave and got the cut that I requested from the hairdresser. Everything was handled professionally and the environment was very welcoming. I come here every month for haircuts!

Found service unsatisfactory felt rushed through so nail tech could get another customer they talk on cell phone during service barely spoke English then when paying saw cockroaches at front desk in price board took pics but this site doesn't upload pics never returning
Horrible service. It is rude to constantly speak in another language.. If you are doing my nails, get OFF your cell phone!
