I went to Bridal Swan in September 2012 to have a look to find my wedding dress having no real idea how I wanted my dress to look. After having a browse in both sections I was helped by Monique and tried on about 10 different dresses of various styles and eventually found a Casablanca one that I fell in love with and for a price that I was happy to pay. Recommended them to my friends! Recommended to everyone!!!
I had at least 3 weeks till prom and i didn't know what to do. No one had my size because i'm very small and I didn't like most of the dresses. I went to Bridal Swan and they found me a perfect dress and they had my size. It's impossile to get a dress with in a few weeks but they made it happen and I had the most gorgeous dress in the banquet hall. Thank Youuu <3
I called bridal swan and placed an order on this one gown for prom from their store. They took down my number and said they would call me back when the dress would arrive in 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I called again to check if my dress arrived, however it was only then that i found out the order wasnt placed because I needed to pay half of the cost of the dress in-store. A couple weeks later, I called in to make sure i can special order the dress and it would take only 3 weeks, I drove all the way to aurora only to find out i couldnt order any such dress that was on their website and was persuaded to purchase dresses on their one rack of dresses. NOT WORTH THE DRIVE TO AURORA, their website is decieving because they literally have one rack of dresses, and you can't even place an order on dresses that are shown.

Thank you for your review. We always appreciate all comments about our store and our services (even if they are negative). At least it will give us a chance to improve. Ref. your comment. It is absolutely normal to place an order by phone and we have many customers from downtown Toronto, Mississauga and even from Ajax and Oakville who placed an order over the phone and got their dresses. Placing an order means that the order should be pre-paid (usually 50%). No one will place an order "just to try on". And all phone customers are advised about that. Regarding number of dresses in our website and in our store. During hot prom season we sold huge number of dresses at the same or next day of their arrival to our store. Please note that all dresses listed in our website are available in our store or, at least, we can re-order (if they have been sold in store). Regarding the number of racks. According to the date of your comment I can guess that you have been in our store on the end of April, which is the end of prom dress shopping season and of course most in store dresses have been sold. And please note that we are ordering only the best styles of each designer/brand we carry. But as I mentioned above all other styles are available for orders. Once again we appreciate your comment and would love to see and serve you once you decided to visit us again. We do not want to have unsatisfied customers and will do our best for you.
I went to Bridal Swan to have my bridesmaid dress altered. I didn't even buy it there but they took me in anyway. The service was prompt and professional. And the alteration price was very reasonable. All the alterations came out as expected and on time. Would highly recommend to any bride and bridesmaid in the area.

I have been in Bridal Swan for my prom dress and would like to recommend this store for everyone who wants to have the best service in the city.
Recently I visited this new store on Yonge St in Aurora and have been delighted with collections they carry. Fantastic and elegant evening and mother's dresses. Nice service and great people. A+++ store
