    Amazing Service

    I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

    Professional and personable. Highly recommended!

    Reynolds Gas Services installed our air conditioner back in 2011. We were very happy with the product and fantastic customer service. When the air conditioner abruptly failed to turn one night, I contacted Reynolds Gas Services and received a response immediately. The next day visit was greatly appreciated as my house is for sale and I didn't want it to negatively affect any showings. Steve quickly detected the problem- the furnace/air conditioner switch had been inadvertently turned off, most likely by a viewer who mistook it for a light switch. Although it was a simplistic solution, Steve did not make me feel silly or uninformed for not figuring it out myself. He is a true professional! I highly recommend Reynolds Gas Services.

    People that still have pride it that what they do

    Today my heating stopped working again and after having bad experiences in the past with the previous service companies I tried I decided to look up for a new one. I called Reynolds Gas Services. They are further away from Toronto, where I live, but they had great reviews on Yellow Pages so I gave it a try. I explained Reynolds my problems and due to the fact that it was not the first time, it’s getting a bit frustrating to pay every time for a services that is not fixing the real problem. To cut the story short, after I hung up the phone my problem was not only solved but I learned also how to prevent the problem from happening again in the future. That’s what I called phone service… OK maybe my problem was not that big, but that doesn’t matter, the 2 previous companies charged me to solve the same problem $175 to $250 with no explanation just the sentence here is my card please call me again... I asked myself, why would Reynolds help me over the phone to solve my problems + give me some great advice along the way so that this problem will not happen again and not charged me for it? The answer was simple, this company takes pride in what they do, helping people solve their problems in cold times like this without delay. They can count on my business and recommendation in the future. And yes for such a service I would be willing to pay a premium as well, as you get helped by honest people. There need to be more companies like this in the world…I felt inspired today… Thank you. JJ

    Thank You JJ. It's reviews like this that make my day. I try to model myself after my Dad that was a contractor as well. He taught me to look after your clients, and eventually you will never have to advertise. They will look after you! Thanks Again.

    Excellence

    What an excellent service this company offers! I was impressed from the time I notified them. Single mom of 3, I had no idea why at 1am my heat stopped working on the coldest night of the month or what to do. I gave a quick email to Reynolds and got a call back in no time reassuring me they can take care of us. They were there in no time. They identified the faulty switch, fixed it, and then did more. They walked around to make sure the heat was going to the rooms and adjusted the vents to maximise the distribution. I quickly asked if they can adopt us. They took pictures of the unit and I'm all set if the unit breaks down again. What a sense of relief to know I will be looked after with the same quality service! I'm so greatful for their support and professionalism. And the cost was great...especially for a single income mom. YEY!

    Quality work by a conscientious professional

    I called Steve out to fix my pool heater. The company that installed it had come out before to fix it, but they replaced parts that were fine and charged me an outrageous price and then refused to acknowledge it wasn't even fixed. Steve hadn't worked on this type of unit before and he spent quite a few hours with the manufacturer working out the solution to the problem. He tried several things, but only charged me for the actual parts and labour that fixed it. He did clean, professional work and kept me in the loop at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend Steve for any job.

    Excellent Service

    I contacted multiple contractors to have a Gas Water Heater installed replacing an electric one. Steve provided a lot of information over the phone - very knowledgeable. He scheduled an onsite visit and said he would call later with pricing - he did not disappoint and was true to his word. Installation of the appliance was quick and exactly as ordered. Even when the Gas Company threw things off the rails with an inspection, Steve was out the next day to correct the small issue as well as offering to correct another contractors gas work. (Previously installed Gas Fireplace.) Steve does excellent work and pays close attention to details. Highly recommended.

    Excellent service with an attention to detail

    When I was looking into having a central air unit installed Steve from Reynold's Gas Services came over and went over everything. His attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of his product helped me make the decision on what model I wanted to purchase and where it should go. The next week the product was installed and it immediately started pumping cold air into the house. Later on in the evening I noticed that there was a bit of a vibration with a louder sound that I hadn't heard during the day. I called up Steve and he immediately informed me the possible reasons for the sound and offered to come over right away to fix it. After he diagnosed the problem he fixed it in no time and made sure that the sound/vibration was gone. I am very impressed with his expertise, attention to detail, and willingness to ensure that we are completely satisfied with our product and his service. He was professional, upbeat, and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be referring Reynolds Gas Services to all of my friends and neighbours.

    Excellent

    Steve installed a bbq gas line for me and he was very professional. He also offered to help me relocate the BBQ up the stairs to the patio which was great so I didn't have to take it apart and relocate it myself. Excellent work, friendly service and very helpful. I would highly recommend his service.

    Great service!!!

    If anyone needs Sales, Service, or Installations, Steve Reynolds is your guy. We had him come to our home on the 11th of August to install a gas stove, and with the amount of drywall in his hair it wasnt an easy task, to say the least. He was very kind and made sure that all the measurements and specs were to standard or better! He made it easy for me to understand what he was doing and showed me step by step everything from installation to emergency shut offs. Please if you need anything give this gentleman a call, you will not be disappointed!! M & J

    Late Night furnace call

    RE- Reynolds Gas services I wish to thank Steve Reynolds for his prompt service on April 26,2011. He returned my call within the hours at 9PM. He spent 1/2 hour walking me through my furnace (which he had never see). His knowledge of the equipment was very impressive. He brought peace of mind to my wife who had concerns about possible water leaking into the Furnace.

    first rate customer service

    Steve, arrived right on time and was very professional and courteous throughout a difficult job which completely upgraded our residential gas capacity. He was very careful to keep all passage areas very clean. He had a good sense of humour and was patient when he found the requirements were more than initially expected. His fee was very reasonable and his work was excellent. We will definitely contract with him again for many services and feel very happy to have found someone so trustworthy and capable.

    Excellent Service! Highly Recommend

    Called Steve for a quote and he was here the same day, provided me with a very reasonable quote and started worked exactly when he said he would. Work was conpleted on time and on budget. I have phase 2 of my project coming up in 6 months and I will not be calling anyone else. His work is first rate, not rushed and always with me in mind.
