Worst customer service experience ever. I write a note on the delivery instructions to ring the doorbell and leave at the door. I was later called to be told that the delivery could not happen because no one answered the door. I was told to either drive to pick up the flowers myself (and waste $20 I paid for delivery) or so pay an additional $20 to have them delivered again. Worst experience. The owner takes zero responsibility for herself and mistakes. Go anywhere but here!!!
