    very bad experience with the receptionist she doesn't understand you neither listen to me properly whatever the misunderstanding was in front of everyone she was rudely talking the old lady is horrible at the reception

    I came to this cl...

    I came to this clinic due to my 9 month old having a cold and slight fever. Upon presenting my daughter's health card I advised the receptionist that my daughters version code had changed and I was waiting for the new health card in the mail as per Service Ontario, whom by the way had provided me with the new version code number via telephone. Now this I'm formation fell on deaf eats as the receptionist mid explanation decide to carry on amother conversation with a
