I ordered the furnace the night before and it was delivered the next day. I was impressed with the quick delivery and service. Technicians were promptly on time and courteous and all the people l delt with were great.

Fast and professional, but most important to me that included thorough. After our gas leaks being mishandled throughout the winter heating season and what would become two gas shot-offs by Union Gas the following spring - Boonstra came in dealt with all of the tags; sought out additional problems; were much nicer to deal with and informative instead of a sales call; and when I asked for information on regular service options / etc, I found out they're cheaper (with so much less hassle). Thanks!

Amazing customer service

These guys were great. Even cleaned up after themselves. I had a slight issue with billing but the manager called to clear it up right away. You don't get this kind of customer service anymore these days.

Not Too Professio...

Not Too Professional … Not Too Caring Should Be Their Slogan Horrible to deal with. Improper diagnose of our hot water tank. Told us our Gas Valve was in need of replacement $862+taxes. Got a second opinion it was merely a $53 Flame switch. Tried to connect to discuss how unhappy i was with their troubleshooting. They wouldn't even return my calls. Completely Unprofessional company. AVOID THEM
