    City/Location Reviewed: burlington ont burloak dr I tried to have my hair colored today at the Burloak Burlington ont location. I was told they did not have time, I asked if I could go to the Appleby Line location and they will call for my color formula, I was told "YES, no problem". I went and they called and surprise Burloak could not find it!!! The women working there was the last to do my hair, she lied to the manager and said it was someone else. It stated on the computer it was her, but no

    very poor custome...

    very poor customer service. i got hair cut and they forget to do one side property. When i went back insted of saying sorry they show a attitude Like nothing happened.
