Halton Family Health Centre

3rd class facility, and service. took my daughter. She had high fever. I got there at 12:00 noon waited 3 hours. A lot patient who came after us were seen well before us. Only 5 more patients were left I went to the counter. The receptionist still said I have to wait I m no. 6th in the queue means I m last in the queue and still have to wait for a hour or more for doctor to see my child. Wasted 3 hours n came back without seeing the doctor.

I received very good care in the walk-in clinic. the receptionists were efficient and the doctors were thorough and compassionate. I received treatment from Nurse Peter and he was great.

Halton Family Health Centre has all the medical services one could want except for dentistry. Its walk-in clinic is efficient so that wait time is much shorter than a hospital’s.
