Absolutely love how Ben is comely, and shows me the problems with my items, and shows me what he's going to do concerning repairs. We have discussions about the repairs and though I know nothing concerning the matter, he respects me enough to make me feel like I'm learning and listening to a master in the craft; respectful, professional and an all around master goldsmith. My repairs always come back better than what they were beforehand, and polished to perfection.

Amazing work Ben does. He helped me make a diamond ring that a brought photos of and suggested valuable advice on how I should prepare it and whatnto consider. I then asked for additional feature (i.e. Extending the diamonds throughout the entire band) which he gladly did in a matter of a couple of days. Prices are unmatched. Highly recommend.
