I get Botox with him and he does a very good job, I’ve had 4 other doctors to do this procedure and dr. Mortada does it with the least amount of pain

Yes this Doctor has a problem getting good staff. However this doctor is a true blessing to my family and therefore I am glad that we tolerate the reception aspect.He listens to you and go above and beyond to get his patents the treatment needed. He advocated for my mom to have a brain shunt inserted when other doctors did not want to as they thought it would make no difference. He did what was necessary and thanks to him mu mom has quality of life again. Thank you Dr. Mortada

Dr. Mortada has a very clean and calm office. His receptionist is nice and went the extra mile to help me out. Dr Mortada asked me 1 million questions before he gave me his opinion, and was very thorough with my care and follow up.

Trying to phone them to cancel appointments, no one answers, no room on there message machine. I need a real neurogisist.

Terrible doctor! Made assumptions based on opinion not facts. Did not look any of any other doctors tests. Told my daughter she was making up her illness. Said he was not going to do anything further, said we wasted his time and to go see someone else.

I think they are very disorganised they never return your calls when they say they will.I always have to call them back and then Im lucky if they answer as their phones are always off, so you have to leave msg and they still don't return call.Dr Mortada is nice but his staff is horrible.

Sent for tests over 3 months ago - still no contact from doctor and no-one answers the phone at the office. Left message over a month ago no call back. Called again today and no-one answered and their mailbox was full. Not sure if this doctor is even still in business.

Horrible doctor, not thorough at all, prescribes useless expensive medication without any knowledge of your health history
