Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning

Our problem took over a month to resolve. Office staff needs to work more in uniform. At this point would not recommend this company.Finally got new part installed today by Brad.Followup call by Lisa really helped. When and if we need your service again we will ask for Brad only

Disaster. Had a furnace installed, poor workmanship. They had to come back, tear out the furnace, redo ducting and venting as per quote, reinstall again. The owner then blamed the install person stating he had" substance and anxiety " issues . I stated, Why are you sharing medical info, and why did you allow them into my home? Horrible experience. Example below...rather than adjust piping to go where it is supposed to..they cut a bigger hole in the side of the furnace. The whole job is the same

Given the opportunity to make things right, they choose not to. Flooding, 4 damaged floors, raw waste water all over my subfloor, challenging conversations getting them to honour their WRITTEN GUARANTEE... Not only am I out over $5,000 as a result of dealings with Comfort Zone, but they BLAME ME for it! Talk about adding insult to injury! Comfort Zone: "This is not an installation issue. This is not our responsibility on any way what so ever". What happened: I hired them to install central A/C.

What a disappointment. Told the fireplace would be delivered in one week. Called later and told it would take three weeks. Employees showed up and found that another part was missing and it would take another 3 weeks before installation.Wheres the oversite? Best of all, was the sawing through the metal firebox INSIDE the house leaving toxic metal dust throughout. Never again.

Was told the furnace needed a belt. They totally MISSED a 3 inch chunk missing out of one of the pulleys-!! And I actually PAID for a "professional inspection"-!!!
