Horrible customer...
Horrible customer service!!!!!!! I just wanted my bio gel removed. The lady told me to come back in one hour and I did. When I came back, she told me 10 mins. After waiting 20 mins, they took another walk in customer that arrived after me. I asked one of the ladies about how much longer, no one answered my question. They just ignored me. Finally after waiting for 10 more mins, an associate told me 2 mins and went to the back. At that point I left because clearly they didn't want my business.
