    Excellent Service

    I would like to share my experience with this place. I needed to clean my expensive jacket ($900) so I took it to this other cleaning place near my place but when I picked up my jacket, there was a large stain (what appeared to be liquid mark) on the left sleeve and the fur was damaged (not as soft as it used to be). My wife has a same brand jacket so this time, I went to Crescent Town Cleaners because my wife told me that one of her friends recommended this place. So I walked in to this cleaner with my wife's jacket and wanted to clean and asked if the fur will be damaged or any kind of possibility of liquid damage, then the lady there ensured me that it will be fine. The price was little bit on the expensive side but when I picked up my wife's jacket, it was very professionally done and there was no liquid marks anywhere and fur was still soft. I asked her if they can try to fix the liquid damage on my jacket and she told me to bring it in so that the her husband can take a look. When I brought the jacket in, her husband looked at it and told me they can try but no guarantees and that I have to pay either way. So I thought I would give it a try and oh man, it was a good decision. They couldn't completely get off that liquid mark but it was much less than how it was and I'm very happy with it. I would definitely come again to this place.

    HORRIBLE DRY CLEANER!!! - SLOPPY, UNPROFESSIONAL!!

    HORRIBLE DRY CLEANERS!!! - SLOPPY, LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I took two dresses in to be cleaned for my wife and when I got them back, they were dirtier than when I brought them in. Also the seams on the bottom of one of the dress were all taken out, all frayed and it looks like they tried to use FABRI-TAC Adhesive to fix it ! Lazy and sloppy! When I pointed this out to the lady who works there, she refused to fix the stains or ripped out seam. When I refused to pay for their sloppy work, she argued with me and said that the dresses were like that when I brought the dresses in, and would not refund my money. My wife and I will never set foot near this place with any of our clothes ever again! Beware, they will charge you for cleaning and it will come back dirty and ruined!

    WORST DRY CLEANER IN THE CITY!!!!!!

    THE WORST DRY CLEANER IN THE CITY!!!!!!!!!. I brought in a white dress for dry cleaning that I had worn to a wedding that had a small dirt mark on the back. When I returned to pick up the dress after cleaning the once small mark on the back had been enlarged to a huge yellow mark on the entire low back of the dress and the original small mark was also still visible. I asked that the dress be cleaned again and pointed out the mark on the back. A week later I returned and found that not only was the stain not removed but a second large yellow stain was now visible on the front bodice and a third on the back shoulders, plus there was a pink mark now on the back skirt next to the original mark. The woman working the desk said that she would talk to the cleaner who was not there at the time and told me that she didn't know what he did to clean the stains. When I said that it looked like a chemical stain she said we don't use chemicals, and that she thought it looked like water and suggested I let them wash the dress is water which as she put it "water will make the dress shrink, but the stain will go away". I then told her that I brought the dress to a dry cleaner to make sure it woulden't shrink and that all drycleaners use chemicals to clean the clothing. She than told me that she thinks it's a pop stain and that I must have put the stain there and it was not them. I reminded her that I had brought the dress back to her and she had seen the staining from the first cleaning and the second and she knew that it was not caused by pop. I asked for a refund on the cleaning because I was worried that a third cleaning would just cause more damage. She said she would not refund me anything and that she thought that the staining was my fault and she didn't care if she lost my business. I would never go back to them again, and if you care about your clothing than I suggest that you avoid this place at all costs!!!!! .
