One Star is for their so called “Heated Eavestrough”. We accepted this product at their word. Do NOT purchase until you talk to your electrician. This company may have excellent product but they have NO expertise in the Electrical part of these heated eavestroughs, and they do NOT stand behind their “heated” product. You CANNOT “just plug it in”! System overload!! It’s not safe!! And they will not accept the “return” of something we CANNOT use! We are now faced with an added Electrician bill to

Workmanship is awful! I have been in my new home less than 2 years and had to have siding fixed or replaced half a dozen times! First it was all wavy, then when it is even a little bit windy I have pieces hanging or falling off. I have been having issues from day one! When I called them they asked, have we sent you a bill yet? That is not the point!! It should have been done right the first time! Do not use this company! The workmanship is awful and the customer service even worse!

They looked and told me that eave trough COULD NOT be repaired. I told them to replace it. Next thing I know trough had been REPAIRED???? Then they came to replace the trough. I said no that it had already been repaired. Got charged $217 for a few brackets. When I asked why so much I was told they had come to house 3 times: coming to look, then to repair & then to replace. Why did they tell me could not be repaired but then they did repair and then why come back to replace? DO NOT USE THEM.

I had this company side my house. I got 3 quotes and they were the most expensive. I picked them based on what the salesman told me. He said by replacing the insulation They would be able to put the siding on without strapping so it would be nice and straight and not wavy. WELL this was the BIGGEST mistake of our reno!!! I had them come back a dozen times or more to fix the siding because the job was so bad !! After a year I gave up calling them back. My house looks like crap. DO NOT USE THEM!

Not impressed

They claim competitive pricing, ya right. Not even in the ballpark of the other quotes. The quote that was given for a siding job was absolutely insane. I would not touch these guys with a ten foot pole
