Excellent groomer. She is a perfectionist. My dogs love her.

Horrible experience! Woman name Sue, who is the main groomer, is someone out of the horror movie, this woman looks like an animal abuser. She dragged my dog like he was a garbage bag! When I told her to be more gentle and I dont feel comfortable leaving my dog with her , she kicked me out of the salon!

I have been taking my dog here for nail clipping for a while now. She is patient and wonderful with my dog. So happy with their service.

Wonderful groomer ! She does my Poodle every 4-5 weeks and she actually looks forward to seeing her. She is very patient with the dogs and has a tremendous amount of knowledge about dogs and used to own a pet store. She does a great job and hasn't changed her prices in 15 years !

We have taken all our four dogs to this groomer who has been in business 20 years. All of our friends take their dogs there and receive excellent care. One review is from a competitor. There has NEVER been a dog injured in the Spaw.

I took my little dog for a grooming and they injured my dog's eye and her tail. I had to take to the veterinary and cost me $150. After telling them what happened they didn't gave an apology and just offered 2 free grooming for future. Also they said my dog was restless. This people don't have the skill to tread dogs with care. My dog had been in other places for same service and never have had an incident before.
