    horrible costumer...

    horrible costumer service and items are not particularly high quality for the price. ordered about 2600 didollars worth of bedroom furniture one of the side tables chipped within less than one week of delivery ... called company and they said to email... emailed and got zero response.. read there conditions _ literally you have 24 hours to exchabge and need to prove manufacture defect. after 24 hours you need to pay at 20% restocking plus delivery plus re packaging etc etc. also I got a chest and one drawer and all the handles were completely missing it's been over a month and still no drawer or contact at this point I'm hounding to get what I payed for. DO NOT SHOP HERE

    Terrible Customer Service and misrepresentation

    We were told the bed we purchased was made of solid wood, it's mostly particle board. We were told we would receive the bed in 4 to 6 weeks; we received the bed two months to the day and only after numerous phone calls on our part. We received no follow up from the sales person or the store manager. They promised to deliver the bed on a Friday between 3 and 5; they finally delivered the bed on Monday 3 hours late for the appointment. I do NOT recommend this company.
