Aiko was very helpful and gave me exceptional customer service. I originally went to Humbertown Jewellers to inquire about a specific watch model. Aiko showed me a few models on display to give me a good feel for the brand. Luckily for me, by the end of that day, I had the desired watch model on my wrist. I highly recommend Humbertown Jewellers for any watch aficionado.

Good sales experience at purchase. Professional staff. Regretfully since the purchase, the after sales service to address my concern has been less than what one would expect from Humbertown and Rolex. I have had an issue with my Rolex starting day 1 which has been acknowledged to be an issue in written response from Humbertown The watch has been sent to Rolex twice within 60 days of purchase for service. Both times being returned to me with verbal confirmation that the issue has been address

Great selection but...

The store had a great selection of things that you can't find too many other places, especially in Canada. Unfortunatly as I'm a young man, and don't dress in a suit, nobody even bothered trying to talk to me, even after i showed interest in their product by asked where can i find a piece i knew they had. The sales people remaind seated and pointed in the general direction, and then pointed in another direction. I had to walk away and locate the items still as being pointed in a direction, only helps so much. The fact that Two of them were sitting side by side talking and not getting up to help is what makes this review necessary. After a couple of minutes a gentleman came out of the vault and immediatly showed interest in me being there. I watched as the man walked toward me, and the other two staff members who were sitting made motions to get up and beat him to me. If I were greeted immediately and treated as an adult (I'm 29) this review wouldn't have to be written. I appreciated the help from the gentleman who didn't know I had come in, but immediately came to help me as soon as he realized i was there. He made the experience worth while.
