Best taxi service in town

I Called to ask about my friends phone which was lost from st Catherine’s Ontario and got told in a very rude manner that they are “five hours away, lady. We don’t serve there!” I was polite about it and kept my cool although I was very insulted that they would speak to potential future customers this way. I would not reccomend this company to anyone due to this. It has left a very sour taste in my mouth about their attitude and unwillingness to investigate.

I called a cab to...

I called a cab to Acton at 1230 last night and was told about half an hour.check outside for the cab at 1250ish. 1 passes by, as does 130. I call with no answer for 40 minutes! After 2 in the morning someone answer and informs me the cab came in 15 mins and left. I asked why he didn't call me to let me know, He said they were too busy to bother. When I called today to speak to the owner Rick, I asked him if this is how he conducts his business and he replied yes and hang up on me.

Terrible

So I called in advance to pick me up at my house and they were more than an hour late, i live 8 min away from them. I called asking when i could expect them and i was answered with, "i dont know buddy im not driving the car" the lady answering the phone as very rude and did't seem to think their as anything rong with what happened. I called twice and was told that the cab would be their in 5 minutes both times, the calls were 25 minutes apart.
