On the first conversation they assured us they they would do everything. On the day of inspection, they did not inspect the garage claiming that there were too many boxes that need to be removed. So they did not complete their job yet charges us full price. On top of that they refused to initiate the plan claiming that the boxes need to be removed, while there are rat in the house and many in the garage. We ended up with another service for 1/3 the cost.

Horrible! A gentleman man came to remove bumblebees, showed up ill-prepared, got stung, sprayed the larvae a bit, and told us the bees would "give up after 24hrs." The bees are still here and theyve made another nest. His services were 0% effective and cost $200. Never again.

great experience working with ICE

We are extremely happy to have availed the services of ICE pest. They easily solved the ant problem in the house for which we struggled for days. The major problem was in bathroom where the ants invaded in large numbers. It seemed like the ants arrived for a holiday feast! No one wanted to step in the bathroom because of this. We tried a lot a get rid of the ants, but everything failed. Finally, we realized that it was time to call a pest control company and we went on searching online for a good one. The website of ICE was impressing and in addition, we got three recommendations to the company. Upon making a call, three technicians were sent to our house the next day. They did a spraying in the areas and came in the following day. It seemed some ants kept on coming. However, the crew knew well how to sort it out. They had a different approach and this time, it was a magic! The ants were all gone from the bathroom. Also there was no any ant problem in our house in a long time. These guys are great and we would highly recommend them for any bug removal job.
