In the industrial-inspired, floor-to-ceiling windowed space of Ambitious Realty Advisors, Derek Doyle explains how he and partners Joe Accardi and Anthony Quattrociocchi have plans to reclaim and restore Hamilton to its once heralded status as the "Ambitious City." The moniker, coined in the 1800s, is an apt description for the staid determination the city's inhabitants have displayed, Derek says as he explains how Ambitious Realty Advisors is one of the real estate firms in downtown Hamilton.
"We saw a void and wanted to implement the process of change that we believe fulfills Hamilton's dreams of a strong community. We believe in, and showcase commitment to, the city and what it once was and what it can become again," Derek says of the firm's founding in May 2014, and relocation to its present space in November 2014. With a dedication to facilitating the sale and leasing of commercial and residential properties that will help repopulate Hamilton and rejuvenate its business core, Ambitious Realty Advisors hopes to be the vanguard in re-establishing the idea that community and belonging to a great city are synonymous with Hamilton.
Born and raised in Hamilton, Derek earned his real estate license at 23 before receiving his broker license in 2014. As proud Hamiltonians, his partners Joe and Anthony, who are entrepreneurs, firmly share and live Derek's dreams to "Build the Ambitious City," a mission statement that is prominently displayed throughout the office.
