The food was terrible, my husband ordered the Philly beef sandwich and I had the meatball sandwich. The Philly sandwich had no flavour and the meat was grey. My sandwich was soggy and the bread was doughy. The meatballs had no flavour. when the waitress can and asked if we wanted it boxed I told her that I didn't eat mine because it was awful. she took the food and brought us our bill. No manager came to apologize or try to make things right. No effort was made to rectify the problem.

Terrible Service

Had a very disappointing experience at the Endzone Grill last night. We made reservations this past Tuesday for 5pm in front of the tv to watch the UFC. The woman on the phone was kind and accommodating. We arrived on time yesterday to find the whole bar had reserved signs everywhere except at the bar. When we finally approached the bar tender to ask where we were to sit she immediately got a manager. This woman proceeded to insult me and accuse me of not listening to her and then proceeded to tell me that "no one cares about the UFC and we are the only people who wanted to see it." Neither of us were rude to her. As she spoke to us she got louder and started waving her arms around. We ultimately left with me in a tears. We will not be returning.

Bad Food, Bad Service

I've been to this restaurant 4 times in 2 years. Each time disliking the food/service more then the last. Yesterday, my fiancé and I went to Endzone, will not be coming back ever again or suggest you're bar to any of our friends or family. However I thought I should let you know why. #1 - Our waitresses switched without notice. However it didn't matter because we had to track her down twice to order drinks from the bar. She took our order and didn't come back until the food was served and then never came back to our table after that. She deliberately checked with the other tables around us and skipped ours. This is bad customer service. #2 - The fries on my plate were cold and chewy. Not hot. It seemed to us that the fries were added to the plate much sooner then what we ordered with them or they were old. Gummy, cold fries is not what I ordered. #3 - Whoever made my drink had no idea how to make a 'Long Island Iced Tea.' I basically got a rum and coke. Not Happy.

Down Hill

This place has gone down hill in the last few years. When it was new it was clean and the food was good. They've gone throught a lot of cooks and the food is inconsistant. Our plate with 9 tiny fried mushrooms had 6 chips out of it. Service was slow and it was very noisey as well.

Tasty Grub, Good Sports Bar

Been through here a few times. Food almost always impresses. Most portions are sizeable, and quite tasty, specifically the burgers. The wings are very good, especially on Tuesdays at $0.39 each. Try the spuds, too! Service can lack at times, usually due to the large volume of customers. Selection of beer limited to the popular domestics. A large number of TV screens with most sports represented. Karaoke can be entertaining. Generally quite clean.
