Mountain Hyundai

I could not get into the service bay because no one was manning the door at the time. After 10 min wait I parked the car and walked in. I was told to go get my car in a very belligerent fashion as if I was a pain in their ?? I was made to feel unimportant and unappreciated. Will never go back to this service department again. I have other choices where my business will be appreciated.

Shout out to Daniel Lagast for his help finding me new to me ride. We bought a 2018 Elantra from Lauren last July. I can’t say enough about how caring she was. She took the time to listen to our wants, needs and concerns. Being a business owner myself I can really appreciate her professionalism and her general thoughtfulness. As for the car we couldn’t be happier. We are now considering adding a 2019 Sara Fe to our Hyundai family. Lauren and Warren once again has been wonderful. I would highly recommend Mountain Hyundai!

Worst Customer service ever. The service department does not care about you and will brush you off. DO NOT GO WITH HYUNDAI
