Leaking refrigerator. RTC rep diagnosed likeliest cause by phone, explained simple repair if I was handy, offered to come in person within 3 days. I was able to fix it and the blocked defrost tube is still working perfectly many days later

Very friendly and professional service!

I called to get a gas stove & refrigerator with ice and water installed. They sent Justin who was very knowledgeable and was able to tell me about things that were dangerous in the existing set up of gas lines and fixed it so I am safe. I called again to install my new washer & dryer and once again, Justin provided the utmost in professional service and even took the time to explain how to get the best efficiency out of the machines I purchased. I wish I could find a reason to use them again!
