Was verbally quoted a price on a vehicle by two employees (Robyn and Kevin), to later have that price not honoured and vehicle sold to someone else. Be careful if you choose to buy here.
My final time with Myers. I sure won't forget my new brake installation December of last year and my complaints about the grinding only to have a Sensor replaced. I sure won’t forget the $1600 I've spent on rear brake problems in the past 11 months only to be told I need to replace them again. Service must be had elsewhere
worst place in the world to purchase a vehicle. Until you sign the contracts they are so nice to you and you think there is no better place, but don't be fooled plase plase.

Worst service department EVER! Hardly know what they're talking about. Charged me money for parts that I didn't need three times! The Service Manager Jim has no idea what "customer service" is he was extremely unpleasant all times i've dealt with him (about 4 times) Once he even raised his voice to my boyfriend just for asking for a part number…unbelievable do not understand how that is the man in change …and totally makes sense as to why all the young mechanics in the service department walk around with no sense of urgency and don't seem to care about the level of service they provide If he worked for my company in the service industry he'd be fired
I don't recommend it to anyone to deal with them but if you have to READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU SIGN IT .
