I have used brad on my own house for power washing and also for eaves troughs on house our real estate brokerage has had listed. Always very thorough.
The service is exceptional. Brad cleaned our gutters in a heavily wooded area in June 2017. We had him back this year to clean the gutters and install Alurex leaf guards. I highly recommend the service.
I agree. The owner is very rude and very unprofessional.
Mum called twice, finally got a quote & agreed to price, then he never came despite subsequent calls. Cannot recommend. Very disappointed.
I'm a local Business owner and I own over 20 properties and I had this company install aluminum leafguard on many properties over the years and have never had a problem and they always went above and beyond their quotes and I would recommend this company to anyone and many of my friends, family and associates are also customers and I won't go anywhere else to get work done. This company has always been professional in every way, since I started dealing with them years ago.
We had eavestroughing covers installed 2and 1/2 years ago at the insistence of the owner who we originally hired to clean out the eavestroughing. He claimed that we would never have to clean out the eavestroughing again even when I pointed out that we are surrounded by trees both deciduous and coniferous. We were told that any debris would just blow off the covers and not clog up the small drainage wholes in the covers. We have had consistent problems with water running over the eavestroughing in one location in particular and when I called and left a message to see if they could have a look to see why this is happening, my call was returned fairly promptly but I was verbally accosted and accused of being confrontational and accusatory and that the problem has nothing to do with his work. The owner is not willing to investigate the problem and is not backing hep is claim that debris would simply blow off and the covers not become clogged. I would not recommend this business to anyone after the confrontational and rude manner with which I was treated by the owner.

This is the first time Ive heard from mrs. Bennett since I was their two and half/3 yrs ago. She was rude to me when she called and was blaming me for something that had nothing to do with me, but, mother nature.Ive installed this product for ten years and ive never had one issue or a bad review or had any complaints. I told her to check out the leafguard website for all info and the company also states what winds(km) it takes to blow what debris of the leafguard and also states if you have a bunch of trees in a certain area, that 6 inch eavestroughs are recommended with oversized downspouts. I also state to very customer, if theres a ton of debris sitting in a valley which will make all debris rest on the leafguard or in a area that theres constantly a bunch of debrison the leafguard, to check it every few years or so and if needed, brush it off. This lady obviously has a selective memory and I installed the product correctly, that was the service I provided, and to blame me for mother nature issues, is outrageous. Also, there's nothing I did wrong & to put unfounded/negative stuff on here about my business and bad mouth me and if this isn't removed and is mrs.Bennett keeps this up, I will contact my lawyer and start a defamation of character lawsuit.
