Utterly unprofessional. These guys cancelled a job on us 3 hours before they were supposed to be on site. This was on our last day to waive conditions on a house offer. Carol-anne, who called to cancel, showed a complete lack of contrition about the situation. I honestly do not know how these clowns stay in business.

I chose the system Pauls Basement Waterproofing used in their strapping systems because I understand carbon fiber composites and epoxy resins. I liked their system over competitive systems. The guys were good at preparing the substrate and coming back to do some little touch ups also.

We recently had the crawl spaces encapsulated in our circa 1870 home and are extremely pleased with the job done by Pauls Basement Waterproofing. Paul assessed our requirements, gave us an estimate and completed the work in a very professional and timely manner. The work crew arrived each day on time, were very hard working and a pleasure to have on our property. The job was a difficult one but will give our old house quite a few more years of life. Thanks to Paul & the boys for handling our crawlspace & structural issues. Not many companies can address both issues. We live on the water so a dry crawlspace is critical. Our problem was quoted & fixed all within a week. Now that's what I call good service! The crew was pleasant, polite, on time & cleaned up at the end of each work day.
