COLLECTION AGENCY' Be careful with this company, they came to fix the dryer, they just removed the electricity plug and said that they will give us the diagnosis if I pay the visit first, I told them to give us the budget to fix it Yeah, but he didn't want to and he left and then they sent us an email in my canada post, forcing us to pay for the visit, I can't believe it and the company that charges says that if I don't pay it will destroy our credit, if someone is going through The same,

they came twice to our house to fix our dryer. the first time, they made it worse. the second time, they did not put my dryer back together. when i called to have the problem rectified, i spoke with George who was SO rude and not accommodating whatsoever. will NEVER use or recommend them.

Be aware SCAM business Don't get this company to repair anything, the worst service I’ve experienced. After charging me to diagnose a washer about $100 +tax, we had to call/ email them to get a quote ( hard to get a hold of them) , the repair cost they give us was so high , will be much cheaper to buy new washer The repair guy maybe spent 5 min , charged 100 + tax for 5 min . That's outrageous Be aware this is scammer company , they charge a fee upfront , and they give you outrageous quote

Appliance Genie was sent to my house through LG for a repair to my ice maker and a broker bin. They have been here 3 times and it is still broken, and they left a 12” scratch on my wood floor and didn’t even bring the bin. They were suppose to come back again but were a no show. When I called them they said they would look into it, however they had closed my file according to LG. I spoke with LG who then arranged from them to come back this past Fri. Apr. 30th. Once again a no show.

Fixed my dryer same day I am very happy with the service and the price was worth it too.
