Vildana was wonderful! I’m from out of town and needed something very specific for a very special night and even more special person and she came through with the most wonderful bouquet! Thank you Vildana!

Vildana helped us with our memorial arrangements for our mother. She incorporated our personal requests into the most beautiful tribute for our mom. The very personal flowers in the arrangements had been some of mom's favourites. I appreciated her thoughtfulness. I would highly recommend Vildana if you want something personal and beautiful.

I was in the Wate...

I was in the Waterloo area today with my mom and stopped in at this florist to inquire about wedding packages for my wedding next summer. I had read great reviews online and was excited to get some ideas. To my dismay the woman working whom is the owner I believe was incredibly rude. My mom and I had to approach her for help, meanwhile no one else was in the store. I explained that I was getting married and had some questions. She said she wouldn't answer any questions unless we had a consultation booked and that she had one on the way. We walked by the store again after visiting a few other florists on the strip and peeked in the window - there was no other consult. This woman is extremely rude and is lacking large in customer service. I would not waste my time or money on this awful florist!

Vildana is a pleasure to work with! She not only is an amazing designer but once you meet her you can tell she truly cares about each and every one of her clients. She created all of our beautiful wedding flowers and we couldn’t have been more thrilled! She also helped me through a tough time by creating funeral flowers for a loved one and has made many wonderful arrangements for at the house and for gifts. Vildana is creative and always has the perfect design for your needs.

If I could add 10 more stars to this review I would! On top of the amazing, beautiful, fresh arrangements the customer service is EXTRODINARY! Vildana takes pride in each arrangement no matter how big or small to make it perfect to suite each individual person for their event, venue or just flowers to give to someone to make them smile. She is truly an amazing person that will make sure you get exactly what you are looking for, flowers that will last forever and of course her amazing added flair!
