Horrible service! Told me to give back the loner phone they had given me before they even gave me my phone back saying that they "have customers". Charged me extra because "he could". Brent Schneider will use you; he will not help you.

Schneider's helped us start our business from beginning to end. They sold us our frist computer, Simply accounting, they helped us setup our chart of accounts, and they also helped us design our logo and branding. Sarah is a great to work with, and Brent is very knowledgeable.

These guys managed my exchange server, web site, in-house IT, and our cell phones. Great bunch of guys, especially Nick & Brent!

Terrible service. Very disorganized company. They don't care about customer service. I feel bad for the Rep who was just hired and has to deal with angry customers due to the incompetency of the business owner. Nothing is ever where it should be. (invoices etc). You can hardly ever get a hold of anyone in either of the 3 stores over the phone. Rep couldn't fix my laptop because all tools were gone. I left with a scratched laptop. 1st flag- their own store computers don't even work properly!!!
