At first everything was fine, I picked out a truck and they made the process fairly easy. However the truck had a few issues with the paint (scratches and dents) these were fixed no problem. The big problem was the front end was shaking fairly bad during test drive. They told me it was the tires and they would be replaced before I picked it up and I was fine with this.
