    If there was 0 star thats what they get for there service ,we called them to service our stove ,they misdiagnosed and charged us 200 dollers for a part that didnt work ,we call back theyre willing to come in again to change another part just to see if that would work for more $$$ ,we said no thanks !

    Questionable business practices and poor office service

    Quality of work is good. BUT be sure you get a written invoice and written receipt. My husband wasn't on the ball enough to do so, and wrote a cheque to one of the principals of the company. Cheque was cashed. Two weeks later we received a phone call indicating that we had not paid the bill, and that they had called repeatedly about our account (they hadn't). I will not use this company again, since I do not trust their business ethics. Which is a shame, since the work was excellent!

    These guys lack customer service skills. I would never do business with them again. They almost seem as if you're bothering them when dealing with them.

    I had the worst p...

    I had the worst phone conversation in my life just trying to get a service call scheduled. I answered the same questions three times, confirmed I would pay cash (and also noted we are a reputable London, ON business) and yet someone (Peter?) called back again to rudely ask who would be taking care of the bill. I cancelled the call all together as that was the least professional experience of my entire life.
