1. Late rent deposits, reason given, too busy. 2. Superficial tenant background checks. 3. Told owner tenants had put utilities into their name, owner owes 850.00 utility bill. 4.House poorly maintained, pile of cement left in yard, eaves hanging off, section of front porch crumbled, non of these issues were addressed or reported to owner. 5. Arcturus took their monthly fee plus 1,100. fee even when they failed to collect the rent. 6. They promised small claims court, no follow through. ETC.
