I asked staff to show me to frames not made in China & were directed to frames from Germany. Turns out Menrad frames are made in China as well. The first frames fell apart, were discontinued so I selected anothe Menrad frame. The arm broke off that pair & was also discontinued. When it was suggeted I would have to pay another $127 to repair it, I asked to speak to the owners of this business. They have not called back so I assume this business doesn't care about their customers.

I’ve been taking my children here for years and Dr. Drexler is always great with them, friendly and professional. We will continue going here to get great care!

Very Disappointed !!!

Because I have the original red/white health card and wouldn't COMMIT to paying for it myself they wouldn't do the eye exam....I have been his customer since he first started in the early 80s !!!! Granted he never got rich off me...but I'm sure there were days when he wondered when the next customer would show up.

Disapointed

My husband ordered two pairs of glasses on June 8. He got the first pair 10 days later, but the second pair, a special order they said (transitions) are still not delivered (August 1). I also wish they had more selections.

Refused to measur...

Refused to measure my PD since I was not buying glasses from them.
