    Item as delivered did not work -- setup person was to advise of need for repair . after 2 weeks I followed up -- nothing had been done. Phoned store and was advised that repairs would be arranged -- almost 2 weeks later still NOTHING If they even answer phone....

    Awful customer service. Spent $7500 on appliances only to receive false delivery dates and dented, scratched and chipped furniture

    Customer Service is lacking proffesionalism - actually rude! After a lengthy and difficult exchange battle on damaged products, - not once but twice! All items were taken back and I went in to customer serives for my refund, I was offered only half the money amount I had paid for, when questioned this I was told that I was keeping part of the furniture and she could not refund what I was keeping. Once supervisor got involved a full refund was given with VERY slow actions - no apology!

    Very poor service. I had a chest freezer delivered and placed in my garage. After the delivery guys left I discovered in the freezer a small cardboard box with 4 casters. Obviously they were to be place as wheels on the freezer bottom. I called The Brick to ask if I could have someone come back and put the casters on since I can’t do it (single female senior). The manager told that due to Covid 19 it is company policy to do no set up and it could have been left at the front door!!!

    Arnett was a great installer, took his time, took great care to protect the floor and walls during the move in/out of the appliances. He even took the time to remove the fridge doors rather than try to squeeze it unlike less professional installers/ delivery people do. I would recommend him for your moving needs.

    These guys are very professional . They arrived on time (which was setup the night prior !) Arnett was very thoughtful... He had my floors protected didn’t damage my walls . Arnett and his team are truely amazing . I Highly recommend these guys to anyone. Customers would Definately be satisfied .They did an excellent job . Setup fast and efficient . They were absolutely the best!

    Bought a very nice bed that we love! The sales people Kendra-Lee and Gary were very helpful and friendly! We definitely will be shopping at the Brick again!!

    Don't buy anything from here bought fridge here it was damanged the wrong fridge and they wouldn't give me money back unless I brought the fridge back when I already payed for delivery never by from this store.....

    Prices could be slashed 70% at this location of the Brick relative to its rival retailers and I would never choose to purchase anything here again, and this is a conclusion that literally solely boils down to the unhelpful-to-the-point-of-obtuse delivery customer service staff. READ: Specifically the DELIVERY Customer Service Staff. The Sales team was more than accommodating. The Online Order Confirmation service team was more than friendly. The delivery service team was the ANTITHESIS of both.

    For sure, I will try to buy in anyplace else before choosing this one again. They have awful services. I bought a bed in there and unfortunately, they sold us boxes for put under the mattress so high that I couldn’t go to the bed without jump. The brick didn’t agree to pick up back these boxes in my home, that for me in the first place it shouldn’t have been sold for us. They give us wrong information and terrible customer service. We received a dishonest and inappropriate service.

    They are rude on ...

    They are rude on the phone when you have an issue regarding your furniture that fell apart. Paid $$$ overpriced on a sectional. I Have extended warranty & called numerous times and no one calls back. Terrible customer service. London, ON

    Poor Customer Service

    I purchased a bed, bedding and pillows from The Brick. After a few days the zippers on the washable covers for the pillows broke. i called The Brick and was given a 1800 number for a company that didnt even make the pillows. I made several calls to the brick and was told everything would be looked after nothing ever was. i was told as early as monday that they would call me back the next day. I called back earlier today and was given another 1800 number with nothing but a busy signal. The Brick has some of the worst customer service i have ever seen.
