Broken toilet shower microwave. Dirty sheets cigarette butts and ashes not vacuumed dirty ice bucket fuzzy tv. Showed front desk manager and was told no refund. We didnt even stay the night cause office was closed. Was told we could move to another room but pay full price for another night.
