Went for the first time 3 weeks ago because I couldn't get to my regular nail salon. Dylan did my nails and he did an awesome job. Perfect shape, he is skilled with designs ( I got ombre and marble nails) and its closer to where I live so I'm happy. last but not least, I went on vacation and they lasted ( i was climbing cliffs, swimming a lot and not one issue)
Was 10min later for my appointment and was told I had to book another appointment. Tried twice getting my nails done there but wasn't successful. The way he spoke as if I wasn't a paying customer.
Technicians barely speak English, so there's a good chance they won't understand what you want. They will also converse in their language, complaining and cursing about the customers while they are working on them. Their technique and quality in French/gel manicures and pedicures are mediocre at best--they are clearly not trained professionals. What a waste of time/money. Would not recommend and would never return again.
Decided to try it because of the location. Definitely not up to the same standards as other locations. I paid for a shellac mani and regular pedi; I chose my shellac color from the ring, the number on the bottle matched the number on the ring, but the colour applied was not at all the right colour (I'm talking a difference of brown and red) - not to mention that after a week, it peeled off, along with my pedicure. Not sure if they are diluting their products. Will stick to my regular place.
Three words: bad, bad, BAD!!!! Scary, extremely dirty, and dilapidated! Do not go here. I am serious.they do poor work. If I could put zero stars I would The whole place is unsanitary and totally unprofessional.
Beatiful salon, so clean gorgeous decoration, friendly staff and manager, love free complementary drink. Will comeback for sure. I'd like to recommend people should come here.
