    Awesome Service

    Thanks for your such a nice help. I booked a set of church chairs for my home decor. And they give me the best. I am comfortable with the service they provide and the material is excellent(Non-Breakable). Hope it helps you too. :)

    Buyer Beware!

    I bought some chairs for our church plant from Chairtex. However, they appeared a bit unorganized on the phone but I went ahead with the order (I should have paused). They guaranteed they would be here by Easter. However, after many unaswered emails I called and found out on the Tuesday BEFORE Easter that my chairs would not be here in time. I was deeply disappointed and they did not really seem to care. After pushing on them a bit they agreed to pay for some rental chairs but they would only pay for the metal type folding chairs (well, they were actually plastic)! They would not pay for padded chairs that were still far less padded than the ones we bought from them. They refused and also said we could not cancel our order. Be warned, they don't care about you and they don't honor their word. They just seem to want your money....sadly.
