Lynda is amazing at what she does. She is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She helped me with my chronic neck pain and she has helped me to live a pain free life. She does great bodywork and provides appropriate exercises. She explains the physiology and mechanisms of your problem in language that is understandable. This is an amazing female run business that provides the best quality of care to clients. I suggest her to all of my own clients who need physio work done.

My therapy sessions at Elevation Physiotherapy & Wellness were great experiences. The office provided flexible appointment hours and payments were submitted on my behalf to my benefit plan on line without issues (this is very efficient and saves time for the patient). The office space is clean and the staff are very pleasant and professional. Linda provided excellent service, she is very personable and knowledgeable. She does a great job explaining and addressing my areas of concerns.
