Do not buy from this disreputable company. They don't stand behind the ink cartridges they sell. Bought 4 of the HP compatible cartridges for my printer and changed all 4 cartridges, but printer did not work. Two of the compatibles did not look the same as originals. Company says the printer has the problem and not the cartridges and to add to it they tell me that if I had bought HP originals they would have given me a refund. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was at The Ink Factory today to send 2 packages. Tas was extremely helpful in packaging my things and making sure that everything was done right! He took the stress out of getting the packages to my daughter on time. I have used this company many, many times and always have great service.

Do not EVER print...

Do not EVER print here. They are unprofessional, their printer is worse than a home printer, and it ruined my paper. Then they made me pay for everything, even the ruined ones. Worst service I have ever dealt with.
